Job description :

As the global business development manager, you will be responsible for the global business development operations planning and execution. You will conduct and oversee customer acquisition, engagement, and enablement. In that, you will closely work with customers and internal management to build the long-term lead and manage companies long-term financial goals.

  • Campaign management

  • Customer acquisition strategies

  • Pricing structures management

  • Business projection and risk mitigation

  • Customer requirement compliance and

  • Project requirement compliance

  • Leading and communicating with large teams

  • Manage and oversee negotiations

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Business, Commerce, or Similar -

(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR

Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)

  • Business development skill-set, vision, and innovative management activities experience in aviation or related industries

  • Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills

  • Vision and commitment ability to work under minimum governance situations

  • Ability to work under the timeline

  • Ease in management of multiple projects

  • Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving

  • Leadership and team guidance

  • Intelligent negotiation

  • Campaign management

  • Ability to travel global travel on demand

  • Collaboration and innovation nurture

  • US Citizenship

Desired Characteristics :

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • PMI or PMP or Six-sigma skill-set certified

  • Ability to influence others at all levels

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

  • Technical background or experience in Aerospace/Aviation
