Supply-chain Manager

Job description :
As supply-chain manager, you will oversee and control the company's requirements. You will closely work with internal management, the manufacturing team, and supply-chain partners. You will also manage the company's inventory and backup options.

Qualifications/Requirements :
Business, Commerce, or Similar -
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)
Supply-chain management
Communication and explanation with project stakeholders and suppliers
Negotiations and sound judgment-making capabilities
Ability to work under the timeline
Sub-contract management
Ease in management of multiple projects
Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving
Leadership and team guidance
Ability to travel global travel on demand
Collaboration and innovation nurture
US Citizenship
Desired Characteristics :
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
PMI or PMP or Six-sigma skill-set certified
Ability to influence others at all levels
Quicker problem solving and implementation
Proven analytical and organizational ability
Ability to manage work priorities on a day-to-day basis to meet overall team, functional, and manufacturing priorities
