Location- Austin, Texas, US

Job description :

You will design, develop and test FPGA and custom ASIC requirements for the company's product, instrumentation, and advanced R&D project. You will be responsible for the fulfillment of the needs of the assigned project collaboration teams. You will work in the areas of Sensor integration, computation, distributed systems, and control system management. These required fields will define your project requirements and your innovative design capabilities will directly cooperate and guide the end product development cycle.

Core responsibilities :

    • Project planning and management
    • Innovation and technically advanced product idealization and definition
    • Custom application-specific algorithm and integration interface development
    • Technical and intellectual property implementation cycles
    • Multi-domain team consultation in the project schedule
    • Virtual prototype construction
    • Manufacturing process selection and implementation
    • Team collaboration and communicating with management
    • Product advancement cycles implementation

Qualifications/Requirements :

    • Electrical Engineering-
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR  
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience OR
    • Advanced understanding of ASIC
    • Advanced understanding of FPGA
    • Advanced understanding of electrical control management
    • Advanced understanding and knowledge of circuitry
    • Advanced understanding and knowledge of microelectronic systems
    • Advanced understanding of SOC
    • Experience with digital product design
    • Experience with Verilog, HDL, and embedded programming
    • Understanding of Linux kernels
    • Systems design process and analysis
    • System testing and validation process
    • System Programming
    • US Citizenship

    • High proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP
    • Excellent problem-solving skill-set
    • Customer requirement-focused development and project planning
    • Higher understanding of CAE simulation solvers
    • System modification and advancement process
