Regional HR Analyst

Location- Austin, Texas, US

Job description :

As the HR manager, you will be responsible for the regional HR strategies and team growth operations planning and execution. You will conduct and oversee talent acquisition, retention, and enablement. In that, you will closely work with multiple product line teams, internal management, and the manufacturing team to build a long-term talent pool for the company's long-term overall goals.

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Business, HR, Commerce, or Similar -

(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR

Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)

  • Human resource skill-set, vision, and innovative management activities experience in aviation or related industries

  • Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills

  • Vision and commitment ability to work under minimum governance situations

  • Ability to work under the timeline

  • Ease in management of multiple teams requirements

  • Multi-domain innovative problem solving

  • Leadership and team guidance

  • Talent management

  • Ability to travel global travel on demand

  • Collaboration and innovation nurture

  • US Citizenship
