Job description :

As a testing and quality control engineer you will be responsible for the multi-stage and final testing and QA processing supervisory. You work in collaboration with multiple teams and customers for pre-delivery processes.

Core responsibilities :

  • Project planning and management

  • Manufacturing control

  • Manufacturing machinery gradation & implementation cycles

  • Multi-domain team integration in the project schedule

  • Digital factory management

  • Manufacturing process supervisory

  • Team leadership and communicating with management

  • Production equipment advancement cycles implementation

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Electrical, Automation Engineering-

(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR

Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience

  • Advanced understanding of system testing

  • Advanced understanding of non-destructive testing

  • Advanced understanding of manufacturing equipment

  • Advanced understanding of digital manufacturing methodologies

  • Experience with production floor

  • Experience with inventory management

  • Experience with customer management and communicating

  • System monitoring

  • US Citizenship

Desired Characteristics :

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • High proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP

  • Excellent problem-solving skill-set

  • Customer requirement-focused development and project planning

  • Higher understanding of CAE simulation solvers

  • System modification and advancement process
