Freight Products Manager

Location- Austin, Texas, US

Job description :

As the freight products manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the assigned product marketing strategies and solutions showcasing. You will identify a product-specific customer base and start the customer engagement processes. In that, you will closely work with customers for raising knowledge about the company's current and long-term product lineup development goals.

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Business, Aerospace Engineering -

(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR

Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)

  • Program management skill-set, vision, and innovative management activities experience in aviation or related industries

  • Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills

  • Vision and commitment ability to work under minimum governance situations

  • Ability to work under the timeline

  • Ease in management of multiple projects

  • Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving

  • Leadership and team guidance

  • Ability to travel global travel on demand

  • Collaboration and innovation nurture

  • US Citizenship

Desired Characteristics :

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • PMI or PMP or Six-sigma skill-set certified

  • Ability to influence others at all levels

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

  • Experience in freight Aviation
