Global Sales Program Manager
Location- Austin, Texas, US
Job description :
As the global sales manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's global sales strategies. You will conduct sales cycle processes, lead management, and opportunity capture. In that, you will closely work with customers to build long-term relationships and oversee deals.

Qualifications/Requirements :
Business, Commerce OR Management -
(Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR
Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience)
Program management skill-set, vision, and innovative management activities experience in aviation or related industries
Communication and explanatory with project stakeholders and customer management skills
Vision and commitment ability to work under minimum governance situations
Ability to work under the timeline
Ease in management of multiple projects
Multi-domain critical and innovative problem solving
Leadership and team guidance
Ability to travel global travel on demand
Collaboration and innovation nurture
US Citizenship
Desired Characteristics :
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
PMI or PMP or Six-sigma skill-set certified
Ability to influence others at all levels
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Quicker problem solving and implementation
Proven analytical and organizational ability
Technical background or experience in Aerospace/Aviation
